We fell in love with Wyoming during ski trip there in Feb and decided to return for the golden aspen foliage in the Fall. So we went in Sept visiting Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.
Grand Teton is 8 mile south of Yellowstone. Yellowstone is more famous, but we felt Grand Teton more beautiful and fun, while both are awe-inspiring in different ways.
I'll organize the pictures in categories and share through a series of posts.
Grand Teton mountain range (belongs to the Rockies). My heart fall for states along the Rockies, like Colorado, Utah and Wyoming, the mountains there are so spectacular!
Awe-inspiring peaks
Glacier
Except these horses (for fun rides on trails), other animals in the park are wild.
Golden hued slopes
Layers of colors.
Wide open space.
Sagebrush covers the plateau.
The Teton range takes a completely different character here, gentle, tranquil, and sexy.
